One must also be able to compare the different electronics on the basis of their features for making buying decisions.

The prices are falling because of the automation in the manufacturing process and thereby an increase in the efficiency. Another factor that causes a fall in prices of these electronics is the low labor cost. The prices also fall because of the improvement in the semi conductor technology used in most electronic items.
A consumer must focus on the performance of the electronics rather than their style and design.
